The first sixty (60) individuals (“Ticket Requestors”) who are 18 or older to request tickets to the Crisis Aftermath audience (the “Event”) pursuant to these Official Rules, will receive one ticket to attend the Event.

By requesting tickets to the Event, Ticket Requestors agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Four M Studios’ decisions in connection with this Ticket Giveaway and the Event.

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Four M Studios LLC (“FMS”) is the exclusive sponsor of the Ticket Giveaway. Ticket recipients are each responsible for their own transportation to and from the Event.

To request tickets to the Event through the Ticket Giveaway, email the following information to [email protected]:

  • First Name of Ticket Requestor
  • Last Name of Ticket Requestor
  • Daytime telephone number of Ticket Requestor
  • Email address of Ticket Requestor
  • Date of Birth of Ticket Requestor
  • City/State of Residence of Ticket Requestor

FMS shall use the time and date information contained in its own email account ([email protected]) to determine the order in which FMS received emails requesting tickets (“Ticket Requests”) for purposes of issuing tickets to the first sixty (60) Ticket Requestors. FMS is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections, whether human or technical in nature.

Each individual Ticket Requestor can only receive one ticket. Ticket Requesters are subject to verification of eligibility. If FMS is unable to verify a Ticket Requester’s eligibility or FMS is unable to contact a Ticket Requestor for any reason, such Ticket Requestor may not receive tickets to the Event even if (s)he was one of the first sixty Ticket Requestors.

Each Ticket Request can entitle only one individual to receive one ticket. If more than one individual claims ownership of or control over the same email address and/or entitlement to receive a ticket based on the same Ticket Request (“Disputed Request”), FMS may, in its sole and absolute discretion, issue one ticket to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Disputed Request at the time the Disputed Request was sent (as determined by FMS) or FMS may, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify the Disputed Request and refuse to issue any tickets to any of the parties claiming ownership of or control over the email address associated with the Disputed Request and/or entitlement to tickets based thereon.

FMS reserves the right not to award any tickets to the Event at all or any tickets to individual Ticket Requestors or to cancel or reschedule the Event, all in its sole and absolute discretion.

Recipients of tickets (“Ticket Recipients”) must bring valid photo identification to the Event. By accepting a ticket, Ticket Recipients agree to be bound by FMS’s confidentiality policy, which is set forth below and in the notification email Ticket Recipients received or will receive notifying them that they would receive tickets.

Except where prohibited by law, by requesting and accepting tickets to the Event, each Ticket Recipient consents to being photographed, videotaped, filmed, recorded, and/or interviewed before, during, and after the Event in any manner and in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised without further notice, compensation, review, or approval, and hereby releases FMS, its partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, assignees, advertising, promotion, and public-relations agencies and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, representatives, and agents (“FMS Entities”) from any and all liability related thereto.

Further, except where prohibited by law, by requesting and accepting tickets to the Event, each Ticket Recipient grants FMS the perpetual and irrevocable right and license to use his or her name, city, state, voice, photograph, visual and audio likeness, and/or (oral or written) statements or “posts” made by him or her (collectively, Personae-Related Materials”) anywhere in the universe, in perpetuity, in any manner and in all venues and forms of media now known or hereinafter devised, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval, including, without limitation, in and in connection with the Ticket Giveaway, the Event, the premiere of “Crisis Aftermath,” on websites, apps, or other platforms related to or owned by FMS or its affiliates, and/or in or in connection with FMS’s advertising, promotion and/or broadcasts of the Ticket Giveaway, the Event, the pilot episode of “Crisis Aftermath,” the special, other programming of the CW Network (the “CW”), or FMS generally. Nothing herein shall obligate FMS to use or exploit, and FMS has no obligation to use or exploit, any of the rights granted herein or any Personae-Related Materials for any purposes whatsoever.

By accepting tickets to the Event, Ticket Recipients agree to conduct themselves appropriately throughout the Event, and FMS and/or the operator of the facility hosting the Event (“Operator”) each reserve the right to eject or refuse entry to any Ticket Recipient for any improper, unfair, inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable conduct, as determined by FMS and/or the Operator in their sole and absolute discretion.

By accepting tickets to the Event, Ticket Recipients further agree that: (1) all information disclosed during the Event, including, without limitation, information about the pilot episode of, and the television special entitled, “Crisis Aftermath” (the “Project”); the concept, plot, characters, and character arcs reflected in the Project; written, electronic, and oral statements by any writers, producers, cast members, crew, network, studio, or production company executives, and/or other participants in the Project; and all elements of any of the foregoing (hereinafter, the “Confidential Material”) is and shall remain confidential; (2) they will not disclose any Confidential Material before the CW’s broadcast television premier of the pilot episode of “Crisis Aftermath,” currently scheduled for December 2019; (3) they will not take any still photographs, or record (by any means) any video or audio, of any portion of the Event or any participants therein.
