Tension rises in the apartment after Keitaro returns from overseas and doesn't even recognize his step-sister, Kanako.

Things are a little strange after the incident at the annex. Naru still can't show her feelings for Keitaro, causing Shinobu, Matoko, and Kanako in particular much frustration.
Keitaro, Naru, and all their friends are back in an animated series based after both the specials. Keitaro's still trying to get Naru, but he isn't the only one. Of course, the other person's trying to get Naru in a different way.
