Norma and her young daughter, Lulu, own a very indulged and highly excitable Maltese poodle, called ‘Elsa’ but are now looking for a fur friend who can share the love. The Vockerodt’s are a family in need. Ryder, their four-year-old child, is diabetic and requires constant monitoring. They’re getting a diabetic alert dog to be Ryder’s lifelong companion and service dog.
