In The CW’s new drama series “The Carrie Diaries,” Stefania Owen stars as Dorrit Bradshaw, Carrie’s (AnnaSophia Robb) rebellious younger 14-year-old sister, who is trying to find her identity in the family now that their mother has died.
Growing up in Wellington, New Zealand, Owen began her film career at age 10, acquiring the role of Flora Hernandez in the feature film “The Lovely Bones,” directed by Sir Peter Jackson. After many well-received performances, she landed a role as one of the lead characters in the television series “Running Wilde,” starring Keri Russell and Will Arnett. Besides playing the character Puddle Kadubic, she also narrated the show. In April of 2011, Owen landed another role on “Home Game,” produced by Mark Wahlberg.
She currently resides in New York City, New York.
