Colin Donnell plays Tommy, the long-time best friend of Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), in The CW's new drama "Arrow."

Donnell was recently seen on the series "Pan Am." He was previously on Broadway in "Jersey Boys" and "Anything Goes," for which he received a Drama Desk nomination for Outstanding Actor in a Musical, an Outer Critics Circle nomination for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical, and a Drama League nomination for Distinguished Performance.

Donnell's other stage credits include off-Broadway performances in "Merrily We Roll Along," "Follies," "Meet Me in St. Louis" and "Almost Heaven," and the national tours of "Wicked" and "Mamma Mia."

Donnell can also be found on the 2012 Cast Recording for "Merrily We Roll Along" and the New Broadway Cast Recording of "Anything Goes," which received a Grammy nomination for Musical Theater Album.

A native of Saint Louis, Missouri, proud graduate of Indiana University, and New York City based, Donnell currently resides in Vancouver while filming.
